I had to read it four times. I was thinking that they couldn't possibly let a literacy article go out like that without proofing first. IT WAS ON THE FRONT PAGE.

I had hoped it was a test. That further in the article you would see "8 out of 10 people read this headline without realizing there was a problem. Literacy programs hope to boost compreshension and blah blah blah blah"
