That colour combination would be particularly amusing. If only because they're particularly patriotic colours for New Zealand. And a bit confusing to any Kiwi travellers at the carousel.
(Both look absolutely epic in both terms of quantity and crack. Even though I am vaguely disappointed that there isn't a guerilla Torchwood fan group in New Zealand/Wellington. All the sculptures need to have SOME use aside from being pretty after all...)
