Slightly delayed week in review ...
First things first - Sue loves me! (aka I’m a spoiled brat)
Last Saturday she bought me a rhubarb plant from the farmer’s market to replace the one that the people we’re buying the house from dug up and took to their own house. Yeah, I’m not bitter about that at all. Next time I’ll make sure it’s in the paperwork that they can’t do that. Why couldn’t they take the scary plant that grew in the bathroom instead? Anywho – here is my new pretty rhubarb. I still need to find a good spot for it outside, right now I keep watering it in the kitchen sink.
Then, even though earlier this week I drove her three towns over in a car that could have *boomed* at any time, she still gave me another prezzie last night.
See it?? :D I is happy. Big Motherfucking Gun FTW.
Holly tried to steal it last night, but I didn't let her succeed.
There is some debate about what is written after the sig, Sue says "4eva" which makes me wish it said 1000 years.
Okay now maybe the ‘boom at any time’ is a bit of an exaggeration, I really don’t know enough about cars to judge. At some point my fuel line split open, about 1 ½ inches long. By the time I got home it was spewing gas ALL OVER. Not sure when exactly it happened, there didn’t seem to be gas on the ground outside Sue’s so maybe it was just before I pulled in. Tell you what, seeing RLBF run out of the house that fast scared me more than the flood of gas. Luckily he was able to do a temp fix, and we have a spare fuel line that he can install later this summer.
In other news – I HAS A NEW PUPPY!!
Her name is (Rory) Charlotte, and she’s a nearly 4 month old mini doxie. We got her from friend’s of RLBF’s dad.
In honor of her arrival (and because her favorite spot to lay is way too close to the fan and she shivers) I knit her a tiny little sweater. Took me just over a day, which is lightening speed for me. I was impressed with myself, RLBF and boss not so much.
She makes Sadie look ginormous, and likes to tote around the biggest of all the dog toys making her look even smaller than she is.

You should have just let me believe you were calling her Rory to take my side. In fact I think I'll still pretend you are :D
They are still getting on, and now Sadie doesn't seem quite so stalkery when other people are holding RORY. I will give them both extra hugs from you.
And thanks - I tried to make it a little bigger since she's growing, but I should have done longer I think. Oh well, there's always next time.

That is one cute little puppy. I'm not at all sure I approve of doggy clothes, though. It can only end in Halloween costumes. *shudder*

He didn't use duct tape, but he was eyeing the black electrical tape type stuff before he realized how big the split was.
